      <p>Vermut d’aixeta elaborat per mètodes tradicionals a la ciutat de Reus. Tarragona.</p>\n
      <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">El vermut negre d’aixeta Piqué s’elabora seguint el mètode tradicional de la ciutat de Reus, anomenada històricament com la capital del vermut. El procés comença amb un vi suau i neutre al qual s’hi afegeixen diferents herbes i espècies, com ara canyella, camamilla, escorces de taronja, entre d’altres. Aquestes plantes aromàtiques es deixen reposar dins el vi perquè s’absorbeixi les aromes i els sabors. Un cop macerat, s’hi incorpora sucre i caramel, que li donen el gust dolç i el color fosc característic del vermut negre. Finalment, el vermut es deixa reposar i madurar fins que queda al punt ideal per servir-se.</p>\n

      <p>Vermut de color vermell terrós amb reflexos teula, net i brillant. Presenta aromes intensos i frescos, amb protagonisme de bàlsams i espècies, mentre que les notes caramel·litzades queden en segon pla.</p>\n
