          <p data-start="184" data-end="590">Aquest oli s’obté a partir d’olives recollides directament de l’arbre quan es troben en el seu moment òptim de maduració. La seva extracció es fa únicament per mitjans mecànics. Es manté un control estricte durant tot el cicle, des de la producció del fruit fins a la recol·lecció, recepció i premsat, amb l’objectiu d’aconseguir un oli de qualitat superior amb unes propietats organolèptiques excel·lents.</p>\n
          <p data-start="592" data-end="757"><strong data-start="592" data-end="618">Varietats utilitzades:</strong> Morruda, Sevillenca, Farga i Arbequina, fet que dona lloc a un oli de cupatge, és a dir, una combinació harmoniosa de diferents varietats.</p>\n

          <p data-start="779" data-end="1053">Perfil afruitat que recorda l’oliva en estat verd-madur, amb matisos de fulla verda, ametlla tendra, plàtan madur i un toc suau de carxofa. Presenta un amargor i picant que augmenten progressivament, amb una lleugera sensació d’astringència i un postgust llarg i persistent.</p>\n
